食品级PU钢丝软管 FUSD

APPLICATIONS: Versatile delivery hose designed to convey liquid and dry food substances such as premium wines, vinegar, spirits with alcoholic content up to 20%, beverages, fruit juices; especially used to transfer olive oil and fatty foods.
Features: Flexible Ether-based Polyurethane hose reinforced with an embedded steel spiral.
Completely smooth inside and outside to enhance the flow, detect possible blockages and to allow easy cleaning process. Low porosity reduces permeation problems and preserves the original taste and flavor of the media. Very good chemical resistance to acids, alkaline solutions, hydrolysis and bacteria proliferation.
Halogens free，Phthalates free.
Colour: Transparent
Temperature range: -40°C +90°C
Standards: FDA.

使用范围：多功能软管，可用来传输如醋，葡萄酒、饮料、果汁及酒精浓度高达20%的液体，也可用来传输如干性食品，特别是可以用来传输橄榄油等高脂肪食品。
特性：聚醚型聚氨酯软管，内置镀锌螺旋钢丝加强。
内、外壁完全光滑，保证内部物料传输的流畅，避免堵塞并简化清洁。低孔隙率降低渗透风险并保留物料的原汁原味。很好的耐化学品、耐酸碱、抗水解、抗细菌繁殖性能。
不含卤素，不含邻苯二甲酸盐。

温度：-40°C +90°C（短时间可耐受125度）
